hello everyone!! it's been such a long time since i've written anything, but life has sure been exciting!! :)
i did graduate master's (YAY!!!) and graduation weekend was one of the most fun times EVER! Saturday the 6th of june we had a family picnic/boating day which, seriously, nothing is more fun than tubing with friends! we played some volleyball and went wake-surfing (FUN!!!!) and ate food and just hung out. i loved having my family there with my master's group--it was like combining my two favorite things into one. :)
sunday was graduation and i totally thought i was going to cry the whole time, but i didn't at all!!! ... not even one tear :) i think it was because i knew it was time for everyone to go on with their lives. that was an incredible year, but a new season was about to start--and we were all ready. :) that night we had a bonfire, which was EXTREMELY fun ;) and then my family and i started our road trip home the next morning. we went to disneyland on monday, mammoth on tuesday, and home on wednesday. i love family road trips!!!! :)
this summer has been fun, though i couldn't find a job. :( which actually isn't really sad at all, except for the fact that i am not making any money on my own... :) i also got a car yesterday, which is BEAUTIFUL!!! it's red--which makes me smile. :) also, two weeks ago, myself and two other girls from church started a Bible study group for girls called Desire. basically it's about desiring more from life, desiring to change, desiring to fall more in love with God. it's been going GREAT!!!!
i'm also moving back to san diego!!! we finally picked the date--i'm packing up my car and moving on sept 15th!!! i am SO excited that i can hardly stand it! kaylee's cali adventures aren't over yet!!!!!! :)
God has been so overwhelmingly faithful in every step of my life, and i can't wait to see what all he has in store for me in the next few weeks in idaho, and then what he has lined up and ready to go in cali... but ready or not, i'm coming back, california!!! :)
